Zagorochoria are renowned for their incredible natural beauty, their distinctive architecture and their long history. And of course not unfair, since the stunning natural landscape, the picturesque landscape of each village and the unlimited possibilities for excursions and all kinds of activities really enchant and impress the visitor.
Kipi is a beautiful village in the center of Zagori. It is built on a hill and is 39 km away from Ioannina. Characteristic of the village is its gardens with a river embellished with stone bridges. In Kipi you will find cobblestone streets, houses made of stone, "chagiatia", the watch and tall bell tower, the Church of Agios Nikolaos and the magnificent museum of Agapios Tolis with the wonderful collection of folklore material. Outstanding interest is represented by the "ontades", men's spaces as well as the famous Kokori bridge, where many advertising spots have been shot.
